Refund policy

Returns 

Returns are accepted on most items within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that they were received in their original packaging.

The following items are considered final sale and will not be eligible for a return or refund:

  • custom or personalized products
  • clearance items
  • jewellery
  • bath and body products
  • gift cards
  • digital downloads
  • wholesale orders

Returns and exchanges are accepted through mail or local drop-off for customers in the Renfrew, Ontario, Canada area. The customer is responsible for paying any shipping costs for returning the unwanted item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will deducted from your refund total.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days upon receipt of eligible items onto your original payment method.
