Important Info

• You must provide enough photos for each letter in the name you choose (ex. "GRANDMA" needs 7 photos). If you don't include enough photos, we will use the same photo for multiple letters.
• The quality of the print depends on the quality of your photos. Please send high quality photos for best results. These should be in .jpg or .png format with a minimum of 300 DPI.
• Some pieces of the photo will be cut-out due to the shape of the letter (ex. for the letter "O", the inside circle will be cut out of the photo). We will try to minimize cutting out faces as much as possible and will choose which letter to use for each photo to achieve best results overall.
• The name will be sized to fit on the mug so shorter names (ex. "OMA") will be printed larger than longer names (ex. "GRANDMA").
• If you are having trouble uploading the photos, they can instead be emailed to us at hello@millerroadmade.com. Please send an email with your photos immediately after placing the order and include your order #.
• Printed images may be edited for best results. 
Colours may appear differently when printed.
